They truly practice relationship-based communication and keep their clients’ best interests at heart. For instance, it took us so long to find a rental that ticked all our boxes but Mr. Khatri was always so patient and calm; we never felt rushed or pressured, and we learned so much from his wisdom in real estate. Once there was so much snow on the roads and I was visiting a property with my kid - he got out of his car and made sure I had safe parking and access to pavement before we went inside the house. At another time, there was a property that we really wanted to see before making a final decision and Rakhee personally reached out to the existing tenants after multiple calls so we could see it at the earliest and make an informed decision.
